Refund policy

Customers must provide Bingham Storage ten (10) days notice prior to vacating their Unit and terminating their rental agreement. Bingham Storage will not be required under any circumstance to refund a Customer’s first month’s rent or other charges paid at the time of execution of their rental agreement. In addition, Bingham Storage will not prorate Monthly Rental Charges if the Customer gives notice of termination and the termination date occurs during a Rental Month for which the Customer already paid the Monthly Rental Charge. However, if the Customer’s notice of termination includes a date of termination that is to occur during a future Rental Month, Bingham Storage will refund any additional full months that have been prepaid.
