Buildings and Facilities: We designed our buildings and facilities to provide you with the best possible storage experience. Our high-quality masonry buildings with shingled roofs provide strength, security, and better performance in the Northern Michigan climate than metal pole barn-style buildings. All our units are 12' wide with 10' wide doors, wider than industry standards, meaning you can more easily maneuver large vehicles and boats. You can fit the largest street-legal vehicle and open its doors while inside your unit. Our units are also taller than typical self-storage units. They vary in height from 10' to over 13' tall, with doors that are 8' to almost 12' tall. While self-storage is generally viewed based on square feet, cubic feet of a unit determines how much you can fit in them. Taller doors and higher unit ceiling heights mean you can store larger belongings and more of them in our units than other units with similar square feet. Our driveways are wider than required making it easier to park your larger vehicles and easier for you to load or unload your belongings
Access and Security: We know you want to access your belongings whenever you need them and know they're safe when you don't. We provide 24/7 access to the facility. Motion-activated cloud-based security cameras monitor the safety of your belongings.
Payment and Billing: Monthly rentals can be paid automatically by credit card or ACH. We love our long-term customers and offer significant discounts for prepaying your storage rent annually or semi-annually. Please feel free to email, text, or call our friendly customer support team for details.
